Sligo Folk Park

Riverstown Enterprise Development (Sligo) Ltd hosted an International Multicultural Day celebrating Emigration and Migration at Sligo Folk Park, Riverstown on 5th April 2009.

The aim of the event, which was funded by the Integration Unit of the Office of the Minister for Integration, was to celebrate cultural diversity and foster greater understanding of the different nationalities and ethnic groups who have come to live in Ireland in recent years. A great day was had by all!
